Acquire an outstanding and noticeable location on the main road and connecting to several routes for convenient transportation.
Have a team work consisting of colleagues who intend to do recyclable waste business and are integrity in fulfilling their duties.
Not being bankrupt or be charged with any illegal lawsuit and never commit any crime.
Fully equipped with cash flow and permanent asset
Literate on local laws and regulations related to the business

Roles of Wongpanit and the Privileges for the Franchisees

Wongpanit will be as an investment consultant
Advises on knowledge, techniques, methodology and suitable technologies for applying to the recycling business
Arranges the training program or work orientation at Wongpanit Head Office, conducted by the experienced experts both in theory and practice (for 7 days including accommodation and meals during the training period, not included the travel expenses).
Advises on management process and standard as the market requires
Advises on marketing
Assists in location selection
Provides additional advice on appropriate technology as well as assist in solving problems related to operation and management
Arranges a final audit to the prospective location one time before launching the business (air ticket fee, meals, accommodation and other expenses for 4 auditors are included) The next audit will be conducted once a year and the franchisees will be responsible for the related expenses.
Business Co-operation or Joint Venture will be considered case by case

Qualification

Good person with morality and integrity
A person of good reputation
Do not be in desperately debt
Not being bankrupt
Never to be charged with robbery or illegal trading
Never earn a living with an illegal career.

Location

Located in a prominent and outstanding area, easy to be noticed by regular and temporary customers and situated on a main road access. Not close to school, hotel, hospital and public park.

Conditions and Establishment Process

Acquire readiness on cash flow, permanent asset, team work and location
Has been participated in the training program on waste separation for recycling business, 5-day-course
Location consideration and inspection once (after roughly chose location)
Analyze and study factors and information (SWOT Analysis: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and threats)
Identify factory building and office structure form, including machinery and logistic system
Prepare marketing plan and investment size
Arrange employees training
Final building inspection before starting and opening ceremony
After a few days of operation, the franchisee must submit at least 3 questions a day to the head office, throughout the 60 days and 1 question a week in the third month (4 times)
